Refund Policy
1. The Nature of Digital Goods
All products sold on SteamsGuru are digital goods — software, templates, asset packs, presets, and similar downloadable files. Unlike physical merchandise, digital files are delivered instantaneously and cannot be returned, undelivered, or recalled once accessed. There is no physical inventory, no shipping, and no way to verify whether a file has been "used" after download.
This is why our refund policy differs from that of a physical goods retailer, and it is consistent with standard industry practice across major digital marketplaces globally. We are transparent about this before purchase so you can make an informed decision.
2. All Sales Are Final
By completing a purchase on SteamsGuru, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- The sale is final and binding upon payment confirmation
- You are purchasing a digital licence to access and use the Product, not a physical item
- You waive any applicable cooling-off period or right of withdrawal, to the fullest extent permitted by the law of your jurisdiction, given that delivery of the digital content begins immediately upon purchase with your prior consent
- You have reviewed the product description, screenshots, and any available previews prior to purchase
We do not issue refunds for: change of mind, accidental purchase, incompatibility with your personal setup or software version, dissatisfaction with the product quality after download, or any reason other than those specified in Section 3 below.
3. When We May Issue a Remedy
While all sales are final as a general rule, we will consider — at our sole discretion — a remedy in the following strictly defined circumstances:
- Failed delivery: Your order was confirmed and charged but the product was never made accessible through your account dashboard or delivery link, due to a verified fault on our end, and we are unable to resolve the delivery within 72 hours of a reported issue
- Material misdescription: The delivered product is materially and fundamentally different from its published description in a way that makes it entirely unfit for its stated purpose — not merely a difference in style, preference, or expectation
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same product due to a verified payment processor error
A "remedy" may take the form of a replacement file, account credit, or — only where all other options are exhausted — a refund to the original payment method. The form of remedy is determined at our discretion.

Requests submitted after 7 days of the purchase date will not be reviewed. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 3–5 business days.
6. Consumer Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, limit, or override any statutory consumer rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country or jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract. If applicable consumer protection law in your territory provides rights that cannot be contracted out of, those rights are not affected by this policy. This policy operates within, and subject to, your local mandatory legal protections.
