1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SteamsGuru ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our website, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you are using SteamsGuru on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use SteamsGuru. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If we discover that a user is under the applicable age of consent, we reserve the right to terminate the account immediately without notice or liability.

Users from jurisdictions where access to digital marketplaces or the content we offer is restricted or prohibited are not permitted to use SteamsGuru. You are solely responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to your use of this platform.

3. Account Registration

Certain features of SteamsGuru require account registration. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Take full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe contain false information, have been compromised, or are being used in violation of these Terms.

4. Digital Products

SteamsGuru sells digital products ("Products") including but not limited to software, templates, assets, presets, scripts, and similar downloadable goods. All Products are sold as-is and are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the purchased Product via your account dashboard or a secure delivery link.

Product descriptions, screenshots, and specifications are provided in good faith. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not warrant that any Product will meet every specific requirement you may have. Please review product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.

5. Purchases & Payments

All prices displayed on SteamsGuru are in USD unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to change product pricing at any time without notice; however, any price change will not affect a transaction already completed.

Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. By providing your payment details, you authorise the charge of the applicable amount. You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. SteamsGuru does not store your raw payment card data.

In the event of a payment failure, declined transaction, or suspected fraudulent activity, your order may not be fulfilled and your account may be reviewed or suspended.

6. Licence Grant & Restrictions

Upon completing a valid purchase, SteamsGuru grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the purchased Product for personal or commercial purposes as described in the product listing. Unless a specific licence agreement attached to a Product states otherwise, the following restrictions apply:

• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or share the Product files with third parties
• You may not upload the Product to any file-sharing platform, marketplace, or repository for third-party access
• You may not claim authorship or ownership of the original Product
• You may not use the Product in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
• One licence covers one end user; multi-seat or team use requires additional licences unless otherwise stated

Breach of this licence terminates your right to use the Product immediately and may result in account suspension and legal action.

7. Refund Policy

All sales on SteamsGuru are final. Because our Products are digital goods that are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation, they are inherently non-returnable. By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation that may otherwise apply to physical goods under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We may, at our sole and absolute discretion, consider a refund or replacement in the following narrow circumstances:

• The Product was never delivered due to a verified technical failure on our part and we are unable to resolve the delivery issue within 72 hours
• The Product is materially different from its description in a manner that renders it entirely unusable for its stated purpose

Refund requests on any other basis — including but not limited to change of mind, accidental purchase, software incompatibility with your specific setup, or dissatisfaction with quality — will not be considered. For full details, refer to our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on SteamsGuru — including but not limited to the site design, branding, logos, graphics, interface elements, copy, and code — is the intellectual property of SteamsGuru or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the SteamsGuru platform without express prior written permission.

Product creators who list their items on SteamsGuru retain ownership of their original work and license it to buyers as described in the product listing and this agreement.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use SteamsGuru to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Engage in fraudulent activity, impersonation, or misrepresentation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, user accounts, or our servers
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform
• Use automated bots or scrapers to access the platform without permission
• Post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of accounts, removal of content, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

10. Availability & Changes

We strive to keep SteamsGuru available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from platform downtime.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform or any Product listing at any time without prior notice. Products may be removed from sale at the creator's or our discretion; however, any Product you have already purchased and downloaded remains accessible to you subject to the licence terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

SteamsGuru is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that Products will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the platform or servers are free of viruses or harmful components. Your use of SteamsGuru is entirely at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SteamsGuru and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform or any Product.

In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the platform or any Product exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such cases, the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SteamsGuru and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the platform or Products, (b) your breach of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, or (d) any content you submit or transmit through the platform.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of SteamsGuru shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction, as required by applicable law in your territory.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract under applicable mandatory law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may notify registered users by email. Your continued use of SteamsGuru after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any update, you should discontinue use of the platform.
